...i hate to sound like an incompitent fool...but do you know of a website where i can read Hetalia? I've been looking-but i can' find anything! (or is it book form only?) :giggle:

If you go on Livejournal there are very large Hetalia communities there. You have to search around for the scanlations~

I believe they do sell the manga (because my friend bought it at a Convention), :3
